Johnny | Lead Data Analyst & Database Administrator: Known to his inner circle as Johnny, he serves as the primary architect of the firm’s data infrastructure. As the Lead in this domain, he oversees the structural integrity and performance of every database, ensuring that 3X operates on a secure, high-speed, and scalable technical foundation.

Francis | Head of Product Engineering & Strategic Design: Francis serves as the bridge between technical execution and the user experience. By merging his role as Lead Developer with product design and strategic operations, Francis ensures that every build is not only technically sound but also aligns with the firm’s long-term operational goals and design standards. His oversight ensures that the vision behind 3X is translated accurately into a functional, high-impact product.
